THE PROCESS
STEP 1
Wheels are removed from your vehcile and placed into our workshop. Temporarily wheels can be provided to you based on availability and compatability.
STEP 4
The wheels are subjected to inspection. If damage is found then welding or structural repairs can be carried out. Subject to additioanl cost.
STEP 2
Tyres are seperetaed from the wheel, weight and pressure valves are removed.
STEP 5
The wheels are then prepared for a powder coat application and placed into an oven for the best curing process. Wheels are then removed for a further application of choice of colour (Diamond Cut Finish - If required) and powder coat clear lacquer. The wheels are then placed back into the oven for additional curing process for the best overall finish.
STEP 3
The wheels are treated to a special chemical to remove old paint, dirt and grime.
FINAL STEP
Tyres are mated back with the wheels, balanced and fitted back to your vehcile.
